The Entry System opens for submission of the post deadline paper from May 1 to May 31, 2006.


Paper submission deadline is extended to Apr. 14, 2006 (Apr. 01, 2006)

Deadline of corrected paper is extended to May 24, 2006(Apr. 01, 2006)


Potential authors are invited to submit a 2- or 4-page camera-ready papers related to one of the Conference topics (The 4-page paper is recommended.). The papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee according to scientific content, suitability for the Conference, and form.

A limited number of original papers will be accepted for oral or poster presentation. Oral presentations will be limited to one per speaker. Please indicate in the submission form whether oral or poster presentation is preferred and the topic related to the submitted paper.

All papers, in only electronic format, must be received by March 31, 2006 . Notification of acceptance will be sent to the principal author identified on the submission form by April 20, 2006 . The final version of the paper with the possible corrections must be received by May 10, 2006 .

The accepted papers will be published as the book and CD of the proceedings. They will be distributed at the time of Conference. It is therefore important that the authors adhere to the special instructions given for the preparation of their manuscript.
 

In this Conference, post deadline papers will be received by May 31, 2006 after April 1, 2006 . The final version of the paper with the possible corrections must be received by June 20, 2006 . It is therefore important that the authors adhere to the special instructions given for the preparation of their manuscript.

The accepted post deadline papers can be presented only in the poster presentation space of the Conference and will be not published as the book, but will be added only into the CD version of the proceedings.

 

All papers should be in English. The paper must be prepared in double-column format (8 cm per column) either in A4 size or in US letter size format. The number of pages should not exceed 4. The paper will be reproduced directly from the material submitted by the authors. No copy editing will be made. For A4 size, set both left and right margins to 2.0 cm (0.79 inch), top margin to 2.54 cm (1.00 inch) and bottom margin to 3.76 cm (1.48 inch). For US letter size, set both left and right margins to 2.29 cm (0.90 inch), top margin to 2.54 cm (1.00 inch) and bottom margin to 2.00 cm (0.79 inch).

The authors must include all text, equations, drawings, figures and references in the 2 or 4-page summaries. Tables, photographs and drawings must be appear on the page exactly as they are to be reproduced. The text should be single spaced using a 10 pt Time New Roman font, 10 pt bold for author names, 10 pt italic affiliations, and 12 pt bold uppercase for title.

Do not number the pages of the manuscript intended for reproduction. Authors should submit the papers electronically in PDF - portable document format - format only.

 

Papers to be published on the book will be in black and white, therefore the submitted papers should not contain color figures. Authors can send a further copy with color figures, that will be included in the CD version of the proceedings.

The Program Committee may reject papers that do not meet the above guidelines. The Conference committee assumes that the papers have been approved for presentation at this Conference by the authors' organization.

The only acceptable electronic formats for the paper are PDF. Size must not exceed 3.5 Mbytes. We shall not proceed Word documents.

Authors that have not access to Internet, should mail the electronic media (CD-ROM, USB memory etc.) saving the submission form and paper to:
